About the Role
Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems with a smile?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our fast-paced eCommerce team in Jaffna.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers — ensuring every order, inquiry, and issue is handled quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media.
Manage orders, track shipments, and handle return/refund requests.
Resolve complaints efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
Record all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations).
Gather feedback and suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
Ensure every customer leaves happy — even when things go wrong.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (eCommerce experience is a plus).
Excellent communication in English.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Good computer knowledge and typing speed.
Friendly, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure.
