Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our hospitality and leisure operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving customer concerns, coordinating service requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding activities, memberships, facilities, events, and services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Follow up with guests to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, and service logs.
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and general customer support when required.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or management where necessary.
• Ensure all customer interactions meet the company's service standards and brand values.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, Tourism, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and customer management or reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
