Customer Service Executive - Colombo

Qualifications

Should have completed GCE A/L.

Minimum 01-year previous customer service experience is preferred.

Previous experience in a logistics company is an added advantage.

Pleasant and enthusiastic telephone etiquette is required.

Strong communication skills in English.

Computer literacy is a must.

Job role

Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Identify and assessing customer’s needs to provide solutions in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Managing customer accounts & database.

Promptly follow up on customer requests.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
