Required Qualifications:

• Age between 18 and 35

• Should have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level

• Candidates who have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office Suite & E-mail.)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English; proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory, however school leavers may also apply
