ใ~ใโช NVQ Level 4 or 5 qualification required. Degree/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
ใ~ใโช 3-4 years of experience in an automobile dealership/workshop, with at least 2 years as a Service Advisor.
ใ~ใโช Excellent customer handling, communication, and presentation skills.
ใ~ใโช Understanding of vehicle spare parts; knowledge of detailing and running repairs is an advantage.
ใ~ใโช Proficient in English and MS Office; valid driving and riding license.

ใ~ใโช Prepare quotations, schedule service appointments, and communicate repair issues to customers.
ใ~ใโช Obtain customer approval, build trust through transparent relationships, and monitor repair progress.
ใ~ใโช Deliver vehicles and provide ongoing customer support and follow-up.
ใ~ใโช Customer Service Advisor role in a leading vehicle service company in Biyagama.

ใ~ใโช Attractive salary package (LKR 60,000 โ 120,000) based on qualifications & experience.
ใ~ใโช Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
ใ~ใโช Leave Days: Monday and Poya day.
