Job Description
1. Direct customers to the relevant counter/a on their arrival.
2. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at the front office assigned area.
3. Assist customers in a professional way in order to give them a pleasant experience.
4. Resolve patient/customer’s requirements/needs quickly, efficiently and courteously.
Entry Requirements -
1. Age between 25 - 35 years
2. Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Relations.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Willingness to work on a roster ( Night Shifts Included)
