# 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪■ Proactively follow up customer leads and Identify opportunities with clients over the phone

【~】✪■ Actively respond to the customers through Facebook & WhatsApp and follow up opportunities with clients

【~】✪■ Attending to the customer inquiries / complaints and provide timely solutions

【~】✪■ Collect all the customer inquiries in to the CRM system and maintain accurate database

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪■ Possess good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in the telesales field will be added advantage

【~】✪■ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala & English
