WE ARE HIRING – Customer Service Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to handle front-facing customer service operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The role involves coordinating service requests, allocating technicians, arranging required parts, monitoring service progress, handling courier coordination, and ensuring timely closure of customer requests while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing regular updates and reports.
Requirements
Diploma/ Certificate in Customer Care / CRM or Equivalent Relevant Professional Qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business functions such as logistics, inventory, sales, or accounting
Additional Information
•Females are preferred
• Applicants from nearby areas will be given priority
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
Working Hours (fixed) :
Monday – Friday: 8.30 AM – 5.00 PM
Saturday: 8.30 AM – 1.30 PM
