of client base. Known for handling commercial real estate and delivering excellent customer

service. We are looking for a customer care executive to join our team,

The Job Role :

• Make calls and handle property owners and inquire about properties

• To ensure that all the calls are answered in a courteous and timely manner.

• Maintaining a professional and a accurate communication with customers

• Enter and update property listings, client details, and posting ads into marketing

platforms

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and internet browsing)

The Ideal Candidate :

• Should possess an excellent command of English and Sinhala, both oral and written.

Tamil language skills will be an advantage.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and internet browsing)

• Customer service or call-center experience (real estate experience is an advantage).

Salary starting from Rs50,000/=
