WE ARE HIRING: Customer Care Executive
About the Role
Cashray is a reputed financial services company based in Colombo 05. We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Customer Care Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
Provide accurate information about company services, products, and procedures.
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a high standard of service.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately in the system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
Support marketing and recovery teams with customer-related communication when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in financial services).
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office and customer databases.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
