Job Responsibilities
1) Key Responsibilities
Optimize delivery dispatches.
Assign packages to run-sheets.
Track linehaul movements.
Hub Coordination
Collaborate with regional hubs and third-party delivery networks.
Clear operational backlogs.
2) COD Management
Monitor cash-on-delivery (COD) collections.
Reconcile settlements.
Process petty cash.
3) Issue Resolution
Track and resolve missing, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Update customer documentation.
Performance Reporting
Generate daily operations reports.
Monitor resource utilization.
Compliance ControlTrain and guide branch teams on company safety policies.
Ensure compliance with local transport laws.
Job Requirements
Education
High school diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in:Courier operations
Freight forwarding
Last-mile logistics
Software Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
Familiar with CRM or logistics tracking software.
Core Competencies
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight operational deadlines.
