The incumbent would be responsible for provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for courier process and activities to enable safe, secure, on-time and accurate transportation and delivery between locations of mail/parcel including local mail, small packages or legal documents in line with the business strategy, requirements, corporate guidelines and policies.

ใ~ใโช Should be confident and dynamic team worker.
ใ~ใโช Passed the GCE Ordinary Level.
ใ~ใโช Those who joining as a school leaver would be provided a training to come to speed.
ใ~ใโช Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work in a Team.
ใ~ใโช The candidate preferably should be located in Colombo or proximity.

ใ~ใโช Pick-up and deliver documents and packages at the service point according to established procedures.
ใ~ใโช Plan the pickup and delivery process of shipments floor and volume.

ใ~ใโช Coordinate with internal teams to provide a consistent service every time.
ใ~ใโช Manage customer receipting and payment process upon shipment delivery.
ใ~ใโช Keep track of Clearance Duties and collect same from customers.
