About the role

Responsibilities

* Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems at customer locations

* Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop PC s and other hardware device issues at customer locations

* Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates

* Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and general server issues

* Upgrading software, and outdated hardware systems

* Providing direct technical support to users and resolving technical errors at customer locations

* Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.

* Preparing technical documents, such as error, and maintenance reports

Qualifications Required

• Past Experience working as a computer technician will be added advantage

* Advanced knowledge of IT Applications, Software & Computer Hardware,

* Experience providing support via online & onsite

* Valid motorbike riders license

* Previous experience on a Field Job will be added advantage
