The Wind Castle Hotel a subsidiary of IWS Holdings (Private) Limited is a 10 room luxury boutique hotel situated in Shanthipura, Nuwara-Eliya.
We are looking for service oriented individual with a passion for excellence and the drive to deliver highest standard of customer satisfaction to our guests to join our team of hospitality professionals to full fill the following vacancy.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a star class hotel in a similar
capacity.
• Specialized in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
• Must hold professional culinary qualification.
• Age below 35 Years.
• Strong Communication in English and Sinhala.
• Familiar with stock keeping.
• Knowledge in basic food hygiene.
• Ability to be flexible and easily adaptable in the workplace.
• Candidates living in Nuwara Eliya preferred for the above position.
