Are you a passionate and skilled chef with hands-on experience across multiple hot kitchen sections? We are looking for a dedicated All Rounder Commis I to become part of our growing kitchen brigade.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
✔ Strong experience in Sri Lankan, Indian & Chinese cuisine
✔ Able to prepare kottu, roti, paratha, hoppers, fried rice, noodles, curries & short eats
✔ Knowledge of mise en place, portion control & food presentation
✔ Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
✔ Good time management and ability to handle service pressure
✔ Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
