Customer Relationship Officer

Position: Overseas Education Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overseas Education Consultant to join our team. As a Overseas Education Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by assisting them with their higher Education applications and related queries.

Responsibilities:

Advise and assist clients on visa application processes and requirements.

Review and assess visa application documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with clients via email, phone, or in person to provide updates on their application status.

Develop and maintain knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for various countries.

Manage multiple client applications simultaneously and ensure timely and efficient processing.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize the visa application process and ensure high-quality service to clients.

Requirements:

At least 1 years of experience in visa consultancy or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software programs.

Qualifications

• Should have excellent communication skills in Sinhala.

• Tamil would be an added distinct advantage.

• Previous experience in Call Center / Customer Services will be an added advantage.

• Should have passed GCE Advanced Level OR GCE Ordinary level examinations.

• Age limit is not barrier

• Be a team player with positive and tolerant attitude.

> Salary : Rs.25000/- to Rs.90000/- (Negotiable)

>Nature of work: Full Time

>Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

> Saturday - 9.00 am to 1.30pm
