American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka's bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across Logistics & SCM, Construction, Polymer Packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for a Collections & Recoveries Junior Executive for immediate

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ should be dynamic, highly motivated,and results oriented

【~】✪ Should have passed G.C.E O/L

【~】✪ Minimum 1 year exposure on field collections & recoveries

【~】✪ Strong communication skills - both verbal & written

【~】✪ Presentable personality with good health to represent the company

【~】✪ Target & result oriented, willing to work long hours independently in the field

【~】✪ Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English, spoken ability in Tamil will be added an advantage

【~】✪ Knowledge of Colombo and suburbs roads

【~】✪ Valid riding license and possessing a motor bike is a must

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Achieve monthly collection targets through close monitoring of customer payment patterns

【~】✪ Strict adherence to company procedure in accepting and handing over of receipts with required documentation

【~】✪ Visit clients for distribution of monthly invoices

【~】✪ Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment

【~】✪ Keep accurate records and reporting on collection activity

【~】✪ Respond to customer queries/disputes and ensure follow-up until proper resolution

【~】✪ Issue overdue warnings to customers when payments by them are not being made

【~】✪ Negotiate suitable payment plans with long overdue customers, and, where necessary, post- discussion with superiors

【~】✪ Institute legal action via superiors when customers fail to pay their dues

【~】✪ Debt recovery from the customer of those are pending for more than 90 days
