🧭 Role Overview:
As a Client Care Executive, you will promote hospital services in Sri Lanka, build strong relationships with patients and doctors, manage marketing efforts, and coordinate all aspects of patient care.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Visit doctors and maintain strong relationships
▪️ Identify patient needs and propose suitable solutions
▪️ Support patients throughout their healthcare journey
▪️ Develop patient marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
▪️ Organize seminars, outreach programs, and events across Sri Lanka
▪️ Communicate with hospitals in Singapore to ensure smooth patient coordination
▪️ Monitor marketing performance and provide insights
🎓 Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
▪️ 2–3 years experience in client care/hospital setting (private sector preferred)
▪️ Experience in patient care or doctor onboarding is a plus
▪️ Familiarity with pharmaceutical/medical devices is an advantage
▪️ Experience in referral channels in Sri Lanka is a bonus
▪️ Strong organizational and communication skills
▪️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
▪️ Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
▪️ Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
▪️ Willingness to travel when required
