Be Desi is looking for a highly experienced, trustworthy Chief Cashier to lead the cashiering operations in our busy showroom environment.

ใ~ใโช Supervise and guide the cashier team to ensure smooth daily operations
ใ~ใโช Check cash, card, online payments, and ensure 100% transaction accuracy
ใ~ใโช Verify daily cash counts, reconcile discrepancies & prepare daily/weekly reports
ใ~ใโช Maintain strong internal controls to prevent cash shortages
ใ~ใโช Manage petty cash, vouchers, refunds & POS-related issues
ใ~ใโช Coordinate with Finance & HR teams on cash float, deposits & documentation
ใ~ใโช Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed

ใ~ใโช Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in cashiering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
ใ~ใโช Strong leadership, communication & team-handling skills
ใ~ใโช Excellent accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
ใ~ใโช Ability to manage pressure and handle high-volume transactions
ใ~ใโช Experience with POS systems and showroom/retail operations
ใ~ใโช Thorough understanding of cash management & reconciliation
