Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner.
• Handle phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Manage cash, card, and online payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain daily cash records.
• Keep reception and counter area clean and organized.
• Issue Ayurvedic medicines to patients as per Ayurvedic doctor’s prescriptions.
• Maintain proper records of issued medicines.
• Support general administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements:
• G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in cashiering or front-desk work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines is an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, POS).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Should be living near Makola Kiribathgoda area.
