✅ ගෘහ භාණ්ඩ නිෂ්පාදනය පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්දක් ඇති (පුහුණු) හෝ ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ පළපුරුද්දක් නොමැති (නුපුහුණු) දෙපාර්ශවයටම අයදුම් කළ හැක.

✅ නුපුහුණු සේවකයින් සඳහා රැකියාව තුළම පුහුණුව ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.

✅ වයස අවුරුදු 50 ට නොවැඩි විය යුතුය.

✅ කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

වැටුප් ක්‍රමවේදය: ඔබගේ කැමැත්ත පරිදි මාසික වැටුප් හෝ නිම කරන ලද වැඩ කොටස් මත (Piece Rate) ආකර්ෂණීය වැටුප් ලබා ගත හැක. කර්මාන්තයේ ඉහළම වැටුප් (පුහුණුව හා දක්ෂතාවය මත වැටුප් සාකච්ඡා කර ගත හැක).

Qualifications:

✅ Both Skilled (experienced in furniture manufacturing) and Unskilled (no experience in the field) candidates may apply.

✅ On-the-job training will be provided for unskilled employees.

✅ Must be 50 years of age or younger.

✅ Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary Structure:

You can receive an attractive salary based on your preference: either a Monthly Salary or on a Piece Rate basis (payment based on completed work).

Highest rates in the industry (Salary is negotiable based on training and skill).
