【~】✪ NVQ Level 04 and above or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institute
【~】✪ Minimum 02 years’ working experience in Hardware Technical and IT Repair sector
【~】✪ Good communication in English and Sinhala, both verbal and written
【~】✪ Good troubleshooting skills on MS-Windows and Intel-based computer hardware
【~】✪ Age below 40 years
【~】✪ Must be a team player and complete tasks with ownership
💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :
【~】✪ Install, maintain, and repair card printers and laser printers
【~】✪ Troubleshoot and fix technical issues
【~】✪ Perform routine maintenance and replace parts
【~】✪ Train customers on equipment use
【~】✪ Visit customer sites for repairs
【~】✪ Maintain strong problem-solving, mechanical, and electrical knowledge
【~】✪ Provide excellent customer service and maintain documentation
