ใ~ใโช GCE A/L with minimum 03 simple passes.
ใ~ใโช NVQ Level 04 or above, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
ใ~ใโช Minimum 03 yearsโ working experience in Hardware Technical and IT Repair sector.
ใ~ใโช Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (verbal & written).
ใ~ใโช Strong troubleshooting skills in MS-Windows and Intel-based computer hardware.
ใ~ใโช Age below 40 years.
ใ~ใโช Ability to recognize, research, isolate, and resolve problems with proper solutions, and work independently.

Install, maintain, and repair office equipment such as A3/A4 copiers and printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and replace parts as needed.
Train customers on equipment usage and provide excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of service and repairs.

The role involves hands-on technical support for photocopiers and printers, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of issues. The technician will work independently and as part of a team to uphold service standards across client locations.
