Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Call Center officer
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the technical center database
Remuneration: Rs.40,000 + OT + Incentives
