We are conducting Walk-in Interviews for the position of Call Center Executive.

ใ~ใโช A diploma in Customer Service or Marketing is an added advantage, and motivated school leavers are encouraged to apply
ใ~ใโช Basic computer literacy
ใ~ใโช Prior experience in a call centre is an advantage
ใ~ใโช Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations calmly
ใ~ใโช Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English
ใ~ใโช Strong listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude
