Call Centre Executive – Property Listings Support (Remote)
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Call Centre Executive to join our growing team.
In this role, you will contact property owners and landlords, collect property information, update property listings, follow up enquiries, and maintain accurate records.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and is comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact property owners and landlords by phone
• Collect and verify property information
• Update and maintain property listings
• Follow up enquiries and leads
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Support day-to-day customer service activities
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
Position Details
• Remote / Work From Home (Sri Lanka)
• Full-time Contract Position
• Salary: LKR 50,000 – 60,000 + Performance Bonus
• Training and ongoing support provided
