We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide prompt support and assistance over phone and other communication channels.
Key Requirements:
Ability to communicate in Sinhala, English, and Tamil
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work night shifts and flexible working hours
Minimum qualification: G.C.E. O/L
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
Provide accurate information about company services and products
Record customer information and maintain proper call records
Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers
