We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a high-paced environment, and flexibility to work on a roster & shift basis.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via helpline, messenger, emails, WhatsApp, and other social media channels.
Provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to customer queries.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service and problem resolution.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services to provide informed responses to customers.
Requirements
Fluency in spoken English & Sinhala is mandatory.
Ability to speak in Tamil is an added advantage.
Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on a roster basis, including night shifts and weekends.
