Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Female Call Center Agents and Team Leaders to join our team. The ideal candidates should be capable of handling showroom customer inquiries and assisting with registrations for both online and physical courses, while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, and in-person showroom visitors)
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and fees
Assist customers with registrations for online and physical courses
Maintain customer records and update databases
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into enrollments
Achieve daily and monthly targets
(For Team Leader Role):
Supervise and guide call center / showroom staff
Monitor team performance and provide feedback
Train and support team members on course details and sales approach
Ensure targets for inquiries and registrations are achieved
Report daily/weekly performance to management
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Sinhala / English, Tamil is an added advantage)
Previous experience in customer service / call center / sales (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Leadership skills required for Team Leader position
Female candidates preferred
Age: 18 – 35 years
Location: Kottawa / Maharagama Area
