Call Center Operator

We Uber Technologies, Inc., commonly known as Uber, is an American technology company. We are looking for energetic individuals (female) for our Driver (Call Center) operations.

+ Passed the G. C. E. O/L examination

+ Good Communication skills in Sinhala and English

+ Previous experience in similar position is an added advantage

Work Location - Boralasgamuwa

Job Responsibilities

• Driver Confirmation through voice calls

• Data recording + Analyzing

Candidate Should Have

• Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Basic internet and Email)

• Fluency in Sinhala, English and Tamil

• Previous work experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
