Call Center Officer Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Working Hours:
Regular working hours: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Employees are entitled to one and a half holidays per week, scheduled based on operational requirements.
Overtime work is available for hours exceeding the regular schedule and is compensated with additional pay.
