-Passed the G. C. E. O/L & A/L examination
-Age between 18 to 35 years
-Well-disciplined and responsible
-Good Communication skills in Sinhala and English
-Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage
-School leavers are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Provide excellent customer service and assistance
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Uphold a high level of discipline and professionalism
