Hello. We are Event Magic by Hewas. Looking for Call Center Executive to Handle all the Bookings
Job Role:
This is a Event rental company (Kids Bouncers, Cartoon Characeters, Candy Corner, DJ, Tents, Tiffany Chairs, etc.) a call handler is responsible for:
1. Handling Customer Inquiries
• Answer incoming calls, emails, or messages
• Provide information about rental items, pricing, and availability
2. Taking Orders / Bookings
• Record customer requirements (event date, location, items needed)
• Create quotations and confirm bookings
3. Coordinating with Operations
• Pass order details to logistics/delivery teams
• Ensure items are scheduled for delivery and pickup
4. Customer Support
• Handle complaints or last-minute changes
• Follow up with clients before and after events
*Skills Required*
• Good communication (phone + written)
• Organization and multitasking
• Basic computer skills (Excel, booking systems)
• Problem-solving under pressure (events can be urgent)
