Call Center Executive (Female) – Real Estate & Property Management

We serve a diverse international client base including customers from Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Madagascar, Russia, Europe, and Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from local and international clients.
Respond to property inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Record and update customer information and inquiries in the CRM/lead management system.
Follow up with prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners.
Coordinate appointments and property viewings with agents and management.
Provide accurate information about available properties and services.
Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries when required.
Assist with general customer support and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Female candidate aged 18 – 25 years.
1–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Call Center, or Customer Service.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to speak English and Sinhala fluently.
Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
