Call Center Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for Female Call Center Executive located in Colombo. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and communication with clients.

Qualifications:

-Experience in lead generation, sales, customer service, and customer support

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

-Ability to maintain professionalism and customer focus while dealing with customers
