WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Royal Ceylon, a luxury Sri Lankan fragrance brand inspired by the rich heritage of ancient Lanka, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and suppliers

• Promote and expand the brand in local markets

• Coordinate and conduct marketing promotional campaigns and brand activations

• Obtain purchase orders from clients and customers and prepare sales reports

• Ensure products are delivered to customers on time and manage order fulfillment efficiently

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• Diploma or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent qualification)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

• Strong and fluent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)

• Self-motivated with a proactive personality

• Good knowledge of IT tools, editing tools, and social media marketing strategies

• Ability to travel for client meetings and other business meetings when required
