Business Development Executive
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving student enrollment, expanding market presence, and supporting the organization’s growth strategy. This role requires a motivated and professional individual with strong communication and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Promote academy programs and manage student recruitment activities.
Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with schools, agents, and industry bodies.
Coordinate with the marketing and call center teams to ensure effective lead management.
Conduct presentations, consultations, and follow-ups with potential students and partners.
Support digital marketing and branding initiatives to enhance institutional visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (education sector experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Sinhala.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.
