【~】✪ 1+ years of experience in Field sales / Business development
【~】✪ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
【~】✪ Valid rider’s license and a motorbike is mandatory.
【~】✪ Resides in or around Ambalangoda / Galle or Matara / Tangalle.

【~】✪ Achieve the set sales targets and KPI’s within the stipulated period.
【~】✪ Carry out relevant tasks set out by the Team Lead towards achieving set goals.
【~】✪ Create / Manage / Nurture / Maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth.
【~】✪ Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to your respective lead.
【~】✪ Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times
【~】✪ Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times.
