BRANCH MANAGER - WESTERN PROVINCE

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
- Drive sales targets and ensure profitability in line with company goals.
- Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to maximize sales.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and coordinate with the Head Office and suppliers for replenishment.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer issues promptly.
- Supervise and train branch staff, ensuring performance targets and discipline are maintained.
- Prepare and submit sales, expense, and performance reports to management.
- Coordinate with other branches and departments to streamline operations and share best practices.
- Uphold company policies and maintain the brand image at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the consumer durables industry.
- Proven track record of success, supported by formal recognition, awards, or performance achievements.
- Age between 35 – 50 years (male candidates preferred).
- Full or partial qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in merchandising, budgeting, sales forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
