BRANCH MANAGER – MALABE HEAD OFFICE Wasanthaye Mahagedara (Pvt) Ltd Wasanthaye Mahagedara (Pvt) Ltd, an established and growing premium brand in Sri Lanka’s wedding and traditional attire industry, invites applications from experienced, results-driven professionals for the position of Branch Manager – Malabe Head Office. This is a Senior Management Position with direct responsibility for branch revenue, sales performance, team leadership and business growth. The successful candidate will operate as the business leader of the Malabe Head Office Branch, taking full ownership of its commercial performance and achievement of company objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Take overall accountability for the commercial and operational performance of the branch. • Lead and develop the branch team to achieve monthly revenue, booking and conversion targets. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and performance improvement plans. • Monitor KPIs covering revenue, sales performance, lead conversion, customer acquisition and team productivity. • Analyse sales pipelines, conversion performance and revenue gaps and implement corrective strategies. • Drive sustainable revenue growth and identify new business opportunities. • Manage team performance through target setting, coaching, performance reviews and accountability management. • Work directly with Senior Management on sales strategies, promotional campaigns and business-growth initiatives. • Evaluate the effectiveness of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels. • Ensure marketing activities generate measurable qualified leads, bookings and revenue. • Analyse sales reports, conversion data, customer trends and business-performance metrics to support management decisions. • Forecast sales performance and implement action plans to achieve or exceed revenue objectives. • Maintain management control over branch finances, receivables, inventory, company assets and operational processes. • Maintain the premium customer experience and professional standards expected of Wasanthaye Mahagedara. • Submit structured sales and performance reports to Senior Management and accept full accountability for branch results. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • Age: 30–40 years • Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience in Sales Management, Branch Management, Retail Management, Showroom Management, Business Development Management or a comparable commercial leadership role. • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. • Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams with measurable performance responsibilities. • Strong practical experience in Sales & Marketing. • Good management-level knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Digital Lead Generation. • Ability to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates and campaign performance. • Strong commercial understanding of revenue, customer acquisition, sales growth and business performance. • Ability to interpret Sales Reports, KPIs and Performance Data and make commercially sound decisions. • Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to identify underperformance and implement performance-improvement strategies. • Competency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Google Drive and modern business applications. • Ability to work independently, make management-level decisions and accept full accountability for results. • Candidates residing in Malabe or surrounding areas will be given preference.
