Job Profile :
You will be directly reporting to the Branch Manager and the
Head Office Management.
Updating and maintaining all employees’ attendance and leave
records into the system and preparation of monthly salary.
Preparation of monthly invoices with the supporting documents
Assisting to the Branch Manager and Visiting Officers to handle
labour matters and grievances.
Preparation of EPF/ETF and gratuity.
Handling of petty cash and reconciliation.
Maintaining of personal files and related documents.
Candidate Profile :
Proven experience as an HR Assistant , Jnr. HR Executive or relevant Human Resources / Administrative position
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
ACHRM/CCHRM in Human Resources or Administration related
field
