About the Role:

We are hiring a B2B eCommerce Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Digit Web Lanka. If you have experience in managing wholesale/trade platforms, system integrations, and customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & optimize B2B eCommerce platforms

Coordinate with sales, logistics & tech teams

Handle dealer onboarding & bulk order workflows

Monitor platform performance & conversions

Analyse data to improve engagement strategies

Requirements:

2+ years’ B2B eCommerce / digital business experience

Knowledge of wholesale/trade business models

Experience with CRM, ERP & eCommerce tools

Strong communication & problem-solving skills
