ใ~ใโช NVQ Level 6 or a Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
ใ~ใโช 4-6 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within an automotive body shop, dealer, or repair facility.
ใ~ใโช Proficient in managing both English and Sinhala.

ใ~ใโช Ensure company operating procedures are followed and maintain workshop cleanliness & safety standards.
ใ~ใโช Monitor technicians' daily productivity, manage employees, and facilitate technical training.
ใ~ใโช Oversee collision repair management, ensure timely vehicle handover, and work accurately under pressure.
ใ~ใโช Supervise all body shop operations within a leading vehicle service company in Biyagama.

ใ~ใโช Attractive remuneration package (LKR 75,000 - 150,000) based on qualifications & experience.
ใ~ใโช Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
ใ~ใโช Leave Days: Sunday and Poya day.
