We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Automobile Service Advisor (Service & Mechanic).

ใ~ใโช Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor. Good knowledge about Detailing and running repairs would be an advantage.
ใ~ใโช Ability to Customer Handling.
ใ~ใโช Need to have understanding about the vehicle spare parts.
ใ~ใโช Manageable in English & MS Office Package.
ใ~ใโช Excellent communication skill & presentation skills.
ใ~ใโช Age should be between 29-45 years.
ใ~ใโช Valid driving and riding license
ใ~ใโช Ability to make quotations
ใ~ใโช Knowledge of Automobile field is considered as an additional qualification.

ใ~ใโช Schedule service & repair appointments with the customers.
ใ~ใโช Preparing estimates & coordinate with customers.
ใ~ใโช Completion of relevant job cards and documents before and after vehicle maintenance.
ใ~ใโช Monitoring vehicle repairs and informing and communicating with the customer.
ใ~ใโช Delivers the vehicle to the customer and is always available to respond to customer queries.
