ASSISTANT SHOWROOM MANAGER
We are a premium Baby and Children's clothing retail brand. We are looking for dynamic team players to be based at our showroom in Colombo 04.
If you possess a strong track record of surpassing sales targets you may apply for this pivotal role in driving our sales team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Showroom Manager in overseeing daily showroom operations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring proper stock display and rotation.
• Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams for smooth stock movement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and store hygiene.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or sales supervision (fashion/apparel experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
