Assistant Production Manager

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet management and OEM’s expectations.

• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.

• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

• Implement production strategies in alignment with company initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to production team.

• Oversee all levels of production staff and workers activity and performance.

• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
