ใ~ใโช Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Business Management, human resource or related field. An MBA will be considered as a strong assets
ใ~ใโช A minimum of 7 years of experience in human recourse within reputable organizations.
ใ~ใโช Proficiency in both Sinhala and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Tamil is considering an advantage.
ใ~ใโช Proven ability to be an inspirational team player with strong leadership and administrative capacity.
ใ~ใโช Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with make data driven decisions.
ใ~ใโช Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.

ใ~ใโช Act As a head of the Talant Management Unit at HR Department
ใ~ใโช Manage and coordinate the recruitment process and training process of CF Skills Development Academy.
ใ~ใโช Responsible for the talent Management and succession planning activities of the organization
and ensuring that the top talent is recognized and appropriate retention measures, including additional development opportunities are placed for them.
ใ~ใโช Analyse and report on talent metrics to inform GM - HR.
ใ~ใโช Responsible to developing the annual training calendar by identifying and collating training needs from mid-year and year end apprisial process.
ใ~ใโช Develop, Organize and Host the company induction program for new comers.
ใ~ใโช Responsible for the company management trainee program.
ใ~ใโช Be in-charge of the e learning platform of the company - CF Digital Learning Hub, with processes of adding new users, maintaining MIS, developing learning modules etc.
