ASSISTANT MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES (MALE)

Job Type - Full Time / Permanent

Location - Colombo

Salary - Negotiable (Salary package depends on your work experience and qualifications)

Requirements

• Male candidates with age below 40 years

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management

• Minimum 05 years and above experience in HR, including more than 02 years experience in Assistant Manager role

• Experience with HR software and systems (HRIS)

• Having a very good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Having a very good knowledge of MS office applications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships across all levels
