Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales (Hotel Industry)
Location: Famous 4 star hotel in Wattala
A reputed hotel in Wattala is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales to manage and develop corporate event business while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and handle corporate event functions for company clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers
• Identify new corporate sales opportunities and generate business
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate events
• Ensure high service standards are maintained during corporate functions
• Achieve assigned corporate sales targets and support revenue growth
Requirements
• 2–3 years of prior experience in corporate sales or a similar capacity
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Age below 45 years
Other Requirements
• Must possess a vehicle
• 100L fuel allowance provided per month
• Preference will be given to male candidates from surrounding areas
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: LKR 150,000 – 200,000
• Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
• Accommodation: Provided (Male candidates only)
