Assistant Engineer – Hotel Industry
Location: Famous 4 star hotel in Wattala
A well-established hotel in Wattala is seeking a qualified Assistant Engineer to support engineering and maintenance operations within the property.
Requirements
• Degree / Graduate in Engineering from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the hotel or related industry will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Age below 45 years
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the daily engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
• Support senior engineers in technical supervision and project coordination
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure work is carried out according to standards
• Conduct inspections and assist in resolving technical issues
• Maintain proper documentation and reports related to engineering activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: LKR 125,000 – 175,000
• Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
• Accommodation: Provided (Male candidates only)
Working Hours
Working hours will be in accordance with the Office Act.
